A mobile food vendor is any person who sells food and/or drinks for immediate consumption from motorized vehicles or non-motorized carts to the public. A license is NOT required for mobile food trucks serving to private events or parties.
A Dog Park Membership provides acces for up to three dogs to the City's fenced-in off-leash dog park. Dogs must be at least six months of age, spayed or neutered, and current on Rabies and Bordetella vacinations. Dog Park Memberships expire annualy on December 31st, and membership fees are prorated annually beginning July 1st.
A Vending Machine License is required for any vending or amusement machine in a commercial space.
A Massage Therapist license is required to operate within the City of Creve Coeur. If the Therapist operates at more than one location within the Creve Coeur, each location requires a separate Massage Therapist license.
A Massage Business license is required for any massage establishment within the City of Creve Coeur. A Creve Coeur business license must be approved before application for Massage Establishment can be submitted.
A Liquor License is required for any commercial or public space providing alcohol.
A Solicitor license is required for any person who goes upon the private premises of another and attempts to make personal contact with the resident or for any person seeking a donation for any organization.
Permit for interior only demolition.
Apartment property management shall maintain certificates and schedule occupancy inspections accordingly. Certificates are good for one calendar year OR the duration of the tenant (whichever is longer).
